Overview Guangzhou/China: 
This building is located behind the small park at the OCC.I don't know what is - probably an administrative building.But I think it is not a historical building.Like other public buildings it was guarded by uniformed employees,but my question if I could take a foto of one of themwas answered wiht a strict shake of the head.
